{"id":1319,"date":"2020-05-13T12:00:00","date_gmt":"2020-05-13T12:00:00","guid":{"rendered":"https:\/\/accord.galambos-dev.com\/?p=1319"},"modified":"2025-01-06T14:11:18","modified_gmt":"2025-01-06T20:11:18","slug":"accord-annonce-un-retard-dans-le-depot-des-etats-financiers-du-premier-trimestre-2020-et-du-mda-ainsi-que-dans-la-publication-des-resultats-financiers","status":"publish","type":"post","link":"https:\/\/accordfinancial.com\/fr\/latest\/2020\/05\/accord-announces-delay-in-filing-of-first-quarter-2020-financial-statements-and-mda-and-release-of-financial-results\/","title":{"rendered":"Accord annonce un report du d\u00e9p\u00f4t des \u00e9tats financiers du premier trimestre de 2020 et du rapport de gestion, ainsi que de la publication des r\u00e9sultats financiers"},"content":{"rendered":"<div style=\"height:20px\" aria-hidden=\"true\" class=\"wp-block-spacer\"><\/div>\n\n\n\n<p>Concernant le recours aux dispenses g\u00e9n\u00e9rales accord\u00e9es par l'ACVM, la Soci\u00e9t\u00e9 confirme que, pendant la p\u00e9riode de prolongation et jusqu'\u00e0 ce qu'elle ait d\u00e9pos\u00e9 les r\u00e9sultats T1 requis, sa direction et les autres initi\u00e9s sont assujettis \u00e0 une p\u00e9riode d'interdiction d'op\u00e9rations, conform\u00e9ment aux principes \u00e9nonc\u00e9s \u00e0 l'article 9 de la Politique nationale 11-207 - Interdictions d'op\u00e9rations pour manquement aux obligations de d\u00e9p\u00f4t et \u00e0 leur lev\u00e9e dans plusieurs territoires.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>\u00c0 l'exception des faits mentionn\u00e9s ci-dessous, il n'y a eu aucun d\u00e9veloppement commercial important depuis le d\u00e9p\u00f4t, le 30 mars 2020, des \u00e9tats financiers de la Soci\u00e9t\u00e9 pour le trimestre et l'exercice qui se sont termin\u00e9s le 31 d\u00e9cembre 2019.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>Depuis le d\u00e9but de mars 2020, les \u00e9conomies des \u00c9tats-Unis et du Canada ont connu une d\u00e9t\u00e9rioration importante en raison de l'actuelle pand\u00e9mie de COVID-19, qui a engendr\u00e9 des cons\u00e9quences n\u00e9gatives sur de nombreux secteurs. Compte tenu de la grande diversit\u00e9 des secteurs d'activit\u00e9 qui font partie des portefeuilles de pr\u00eats et de garanties de cr\u00e9dit (les \u00ab portefeuilles \u00bb) de la Soci\u00e9t\u00e9, certains de ses clients emprunteurs et de ses risques de cr\u00e9dit se sont retrouv\u00e9s sous pression ou pourraient le devenir. Bien que la dur\u00e9e et l'ampleur de la perturbation \u00e9conomique soient inconnues, la Soci\u00e9t\u00e9 a retard\u00e9 la publication de ses r\u00e9sultats financiers du premier trimestre afin de consacrer plus de temps et d'attention \u00e0 l'\u00e9valuation du risque de cr\u00e9dit actuel et potentiel inh\u00e9rent pour ses portefeuilles, conform\u00e9ment aux crit\u00e8res de cr\u00e9ance irr\u00e9couvrable pr\u00e9vus par l'IFRS 9. En outre, comme annonc\u00e9 le 23 avril 2020, le conseil d'administration de la Soci\u00e9t\u00e9 a approuv\u00e9 une diminution de son dividende trimestriel, qui passera de neuf cents (0,09 $) par action ordinaire \u00e0 cinq cents (0,05 $) par action ordinaire.
