Cependant, j&#039;ai accept\u00e9 un contrat pour compenser les cr\u00e9dits perdus lors d&#039;un transfert universitaire et j&#039;ai \u00e9t\u00e9 invit\u00e9 \u00e0 rejoindre une \u00e9quipe financi\u00e8re exceptionnelle. Cela m&#039;a ouvert un cheminement de carri\u00e8re que je ne connaissais pas. Le poste \u00e9tait trop prometteur pour que je le quitte\u00a0; j&#039;ai tout de suite ador\u00e9 l&#039;entreprise et cela m&#039;a permis de commencer une nouvelle vie \u00e0 North Vancouver, en Colombie-Britannique. Mon mentor, James, m&#039;a aid\u00e9 \u00e0 surmonter cette p\u00e9riode difficile d&#039;apprentissage.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>James m&#039;a offert un environnement de travail ouvert et agr\u00e9able, tout en m&#039;impliquant dans tous les aspects de l&#039;entreprise. J&#039;\u00e9tais non seulement inform\u00e9e de chaque d\u00e9cision, mais j&#039;\u00e9tais aussi autonome dans mon travail. Je ne me suis jamais sentie en minorit\u00e9 ici, car Accord comptait de nombreuses femmes \u00e0 des postes importants \u00e0 mes d\u00e9buts.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<h3 class=\"wp-block-heading\">Comment avez-vous vu le secteur financier \u00e9voluer en termes de diversit\u00e9 des genres ?<\/h3>\n\n\n\n<p>J&#039;aime croire qu&#039;en tant que soci\u00e9t\u00e9, nous avons \u00e9volu\u00e9 et d\u00e9pass\u00e9 le stade o\u00f9 tout genre \u00e9tait inf\u00e9rieur, pour l&#039;essentiel. Chez Accord, en particulier, nous travaillons dans un environnement inclusif et comptons une forte pr\u00e9sence de femmes fortes qui se sentent toutes \u00e9gales dans la prise de d\u00e9cision.
