(\u201cAccord\u201d or the \u201cCompany\u201d) (TSX \u2013 ACD) today announced that holders of the Company\u2019s 12% Unsecured Subordinated Debentures (the \u201cDebentures\u201d) approved previously announced amendments to the terms of the Debentures at a special meeting of holders of Debentures held earlier today.
