Je crois que des initiatives comme celles-ci facilitent la vie de nos clients et sources de r\u00e9f\u00e9rence en \u00e9coutant leurs besoins et en mettant en \u0153uvre des technologies ou des processus pour mieux les servir \u00bb.&nbsp;<\/p>\n\n\n\n<h2 class=\"wp-block-heading\"><strong><em>Quel est votre r\u00f4le que vous trouvez le plus \u00e9panouissant\u00a0?<\/em><\/strong>&nbsp;<\/h2>\n\n\n\n<p>\u00ab C&#039;est un peu dr\u00f4le et a certainement chang\u00e9 avec le temps. Plus t\u00f4t dans ma carri\u00e8re, j&#039;aurais certainement dit que cr\u00e9er une belle pi\u00e8ce de marketing ou mener \u00e0 bien une campagne r\u00e9ussie \u00e9taient les plus gratifiants. Et ne vous m\u00e9prenez pas, ceux-ci sont certainement toujours gratifiants, mais ce qui me touche vraiment maintenant, c&#039;est d&#039;aider les autres. Donc, quand je peux faire partie d&#039;initiatives (comme celles mentionn\u00e9es pr\u00e9c\u00e9demment) - qui aident vraiment les gens - c&#039;est ce qui me motive vraiment. Je n&#039;ai pas d&#039;exemple pr\u00e9cis, mais quand je peux d\u00e9velopper des campagnes qui connectent les bonnes personnes au bon moment, et qu&#039;Accord peut fournir un financement qui sauve des entreprises, et donc des emplois, c&#039;est super de savoir que j&#039;ai jou\u00e9 un petit r\u00f4le dans c&#039;est bon&quot;.&nbsp;<\/p>\n\n\n\n<h2 class=\"wp-block-heading\"><strong><em>Quels conseils donneriez-vous aux jeunes professionnels du marketing dans le secteur de la finance\u00a0?<\/em><\/strong>&nbsp;<\/h2>\n\n\n\n<p>&quot;Je pense que pour les jeunes sp\u00e9cialistes du marketing dans la finance - ou dans n&#039;importe quelle industrie d&#039;ailleurs - n&#039;ayez pas peur d&#039;essayer quelque chose de nouveau. Cela est particuli\u00e8rement vrai pour les industries ou les entreprises qui op\u00e8rent sous le mantra \u00ab nous avons toujours fait comme \u00e7a \u00bb. C&#039;est en fait l&#039;une de mes b\u00eates noires, car que se passe-t-il si vous l&#039;avez mal fait \u2013 ou \u00e0 tout le moins \u2013 de mani\u00e8re inefficace ou inefficace tout ce temps ? Utiliser une nouvelle technologie. Essayez une nouvelle plate-forme ou un nouveau moyen de distribution. Aller apr\u00e8s un nouveau march\u00e9. Parfois, vous ne savez pas si quelque chose r\u00e9ussira tant que vous ne l&#039;aurez pas essay\u00e9. Vous pouvez le sortir du parc, mais vous pouvez \u00e9galement \u00e9chouer. Donc, la chose la plus importante est que si vous \u00e9chouez\u2026 POSS\u00c9DEZ-LE.
