Cela comprend les rencontrer et apprendre \u00e0 les conna\u00eetre et effectuer une diligence raisonnable initiale, l'int\u00e9gration, puis des examens p\u00e9riodiques sur le terrain. Mon objectif principal est de faire de l'exp\u00e9rience client une exp\u00e9rience positive, tant pour l'emprunteur que pour Accord en tant que pr\u00eateur.&nbsp;<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>Mon r\u00f4le comprend \u00e9galement des aspects op\u00e9rationnels internes pour Accord, comme faire partie du comit\u00e9 de cr\u00e9dit Corporate Accord qui approuve les demandes de cr\u00e9dit des autres unit\u00e9s commerciales du groupe. Enfin, mais c&#039;est tr\u00e8s important, dans les situations de pr\u00eat difficiles, je travaille avec des professionnels ext\u00e9rieurs pour obtenir des r\u00e9sultats satisfaisants. Mon poste me permet de travailler avec des personnes de l&#039;ensemble de notre organisation pour garantir \u00e0 nos clients un acc\u00e8s facile au capital.&nbsp;<\/p>\n\n\n\n<h2 class=\"wp-block-heading\"><strong>Quel est votre plus grand accomplissement chez Accord?<\/strong>&nbsp;<\/h2>\n\n\n\n<p>Une chose qui me saute aux yeux lorsque je repense \u00e0 mon travail chez Accord, c'est lorsque j'ai travaill\u00e9 sur l'acquisition du portefeuille de pr\u00eats d'un concurrent et sur la fusion de ses clients dans Accord. Pendant ce temps, j'ai pu \u00e9largir mes connaissances dans l'industrie en \u00e9valuant leur portefeuille du d\u00e9but \u00e0 la fin.
